We’re here to make sure your TROPA experience is seamless from checkout to first pour. Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT, and replies within 24–48 hours on business days (weekend emails will be answered the following Monday). For order-related questions, just email hello@tropatequila.com and we’ll take care of you.


Order Confirmation & Availability

The moment you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Orders are subject to product availability - on rare occasions, they may be modified or briefly held (up to 7 days) to allow restocking.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier - most bottles arrive within a week, but delays can happen.

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive one or more tracking numbers as soon as they’re on the move.

  • Someone 21+ with valid ID must be present to sign.

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or carrier hold locations.

  • Once your package is with the carrier, addresses cannot be changed. Redirects or reroutes are at your own risk and may result in fees or returns.


Protection & Packaging

Every bottle is inspected before shipping, and our packaging is carrier-certified.

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days with photos.

  • Handmade ceramic bottles may naturally vary, including the possibility of minor leakage — these variations aren’t covered by protection.

  • If leakage occurs with other bottles, reimbursement is reviewed case by case.


Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are limited due to alcohol shipping laws. If an order is returned, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees, a $15 per-box return fee, and up to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours on business days. After that, cancellations may incur a 5% restocking fee.


Claims & Liability

  • Claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.

  • If delivery is disputed but the carrier confirms attempts or signature, liability falls with the carrier.

  • Approved claims may be limited by carrier or insurance coverage. Resolutions typically take 2–4 weeks.


Bottle Variations

TROPA bottles are handmade — no two are exactly alike. Labels, packaging, and even bottle sizes (700ml vs 750ml) may occasionally vary due to distributor updates. We see this as part of the art.
